Heart is very important for the all, because when it will stop then stop everything. So it is very necessary to keep your heart healthy.

Here are some tips to keep your heart healthy

# Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. There is a large amount of potassium both fruits and vegetables.
# Try to avoid The eggs of fish and head, cheese, egg yolks, butter as far as possible.
# Don’t take extra salt in your daily dish if it’s not necessary.
# Drink milk,but only butter free or yogurt.
# Eat more fish,because it contains omega three fatty acids which is very effective to heart.
# Abstain from to eat red meat. It’s not good.
# Definitely do not eat chicken skin.
# Eat a large amount turnip, soybean, testicle of kidney bean and peasecod.
# Vitamin C - such as lemons,
myrobalan, raw pepper, guava eat more.
# Avoid canned or processed foods.
# Eat fresh food.
# Keep control of body weight according to the height.
